Product Condition Requirements for Returns: You may return any unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise purchased from shopumbro.com that is not marked Final Sale. Merchandise must include all tags and be in its original, saleable condition. All returns must be approved and shipped using the return shipping label we provide.
Return Window Requirements: within 30 days of purchase. Please obtain a drop-off receipt for your return.
Return Fee: A $10 restocking fee per order.
Return Processing Time: Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process it. Please make sure to obtain a drop-off receipt that your return was dropped off and received by the return carrier.
Refund Processing Time: Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that your return refund has been processed. It may take up to 10 business days from the day your return refund is processed for the refund amount to show on your credit or debit card. Major credit cards typically take 2 - 3 business days. All bank and regional bank credit and debit cards take longer 3 - 10 busniess days. Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase will be credited at the product's purchase price, minus a $10 return fee per order. The shipping fee for the order is not refunded.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time, please return your order and place a new order for items you desire.
Gift purchases: are eligible for return to www.shopumbro.com for the amount the item is currently sold for in 30 days from the shipment date, a gift card will be provided for a future use or we can refund the credit card used on the purchase
We do not refund original shipping charges.
For all returns, obtain a drop-off receipt from the shipper that is handling your return. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages when a customer uses a pick-up and leaves the packages for the shipper to pick up.
Goods returned more than 30 days after purchase will incur an additional $10 processing fee per item, with a credit at the current selling price or a return to the sender. All unsellable products will be returned to the sender.
Damaged/Defective Goods We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace any item delivered to you in damaged or defective condition within 60 days of the date of purchase.
